What To Expect

  • What can I expect after contacting Lightshine Design?

    Once we receive your contact form submission one of our designers will contact you to schedule an appointment. During the appointment we will come to your location to measure the area and discuss any plans you may have. This usually takes around 30 minutes. Our designer will then plan out your kitchen on our design software and schedule a time for you meet with us at our showroom to show you what we have planned and discuss any changes you may have. 


    If you like the plan, you will then select your cabinets, or take home some door samples that interest you to narrow your choice to a final selection. Door samples can be helpful in choosing flooring, countertops, backsplash, etc. We will send you access to the 3D rendering of your kitchen to help you in planning flooring, colors and other details. Once plans are finalized and agreed upon and cabinet door style/color selected, partial payment is submitted and your cabinets are ordered. Countertops are handled through our suppliers. Lead times vary with manufacturer and style selected. Ask us for details.
